Alan E. Tannenbaum

Alan E. Tannenbaum is the Managing Partner and heads Tannenbaum Scro’s construction and litigation sections. Mr. Tannenbaum received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Miami in 1975 and his juris doctorate from Florida State University in 1978. Mr. Tannenbaum is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. His areas of concentration include construction law and litigation, foreclosure defense and mortgage workouts and community association turnover disputes.

Salvatore G. Scro is a partner with Tannenbaum Scro, co-managing the construction & litigation sections. Mr. Scro received his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York in 1984 and his juris doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan in 1987. He is admitted to the New York, Washington, D.C. and Florida Bars and is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. His areas of concentration include all aspects of civil and construction litigation, real estate and business litigation, real estate transactions and closings, and business matters.
